Our Mission

Dr. CJ Castellano

Dr. Christian Castellano (Dr. CJ)

Chiropractor & Co-Owner

Dr. CJ grew up in Auburndale, WI. He attended the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire, and earned degrees in Kinesiology and Business Administration. During his time there, he played on the basketball team as well as coached at the high school level. While Dr. CJ was working in college, he suffered a severe injury to his hand that caused him to lose both feeling and function of it. When he wasn’t progressing with other forms of treatment, he found chiropractic care. With just a couple of months of specific chiropractic care, he regained full feeling and function of his hand! Additionally, he saw benefits in his anxiety, low back pain, knee issues, and his digestion.

Dr. CJ followed his new found passion for chiropractic by attending Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. His passion only grew as he learned about the body’s innate ability to heal itself when nerve interference is removed with chiropractic adjustments. His favorite thing about being a chiropractor is helping people live their lives without drugs or surgery, and getting them back to doing the things they love.

Outside of the office, Dr. CJ spends time hunting, working out, and going for hikes with his dog, Piper. He also enjoys traveling, loves spending time with his family and especially being a dad to his daughter, Josie, and his son, Jonah, who have both been adjusted since they were less than an hour old.

Dr. Nicole Castellano

Chiropractor & Co-Owner

Dr. Nicole grew up in the small town of Sumner, Iowa. Upon graduating, she went to Loras College to play volleyball and pursue a degree in Athletic Training. Dr. Nicole saw and experienced the profound benefits of chiropractic care for athletes with injuries. She has always had a heart to serve people through health and healing, and valued the natural approach that chiropractic care provides.

Experiencing the benefits of chiropractic care firsthand solidified her plans to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. While in school, she learned more about the direct influence of the nervous system on each person’s ability to function, and the body’s innate ability to heal. And after becoming a mother herself, Dr. Nicole became passionate about helping moms have a happy, healthy, and more comfortable pregnancy and birthing experience. She especially loves caring for newborns and kiddos to help ensure they have a healthy start to life, as she has witnessed directly for her own kids.

When she’s not adjusting, you can find Dr. Nicole on a run or hike, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and her favorite of all — being a mom.

Dr. McKenna Caple

Chiropractor

Dr. McKenna grew up in a small town in northwestern Wisconsin called Frederic. After graduating, She got her undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sports Science from UW-La Crosse. She has always been interested in health and nutrition and those passions led her to choosing a career in chiropractic as a way to help people heal their body naturally. Dr. McKenna attended Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN to obtain her Doctorate of Chiropractic. During her education there she also developed a passion for learning how chiropractic care can help throughout pregnancy and the birthing experience.

Her favorite part about being a chiropractor is the ability to really get to know  patients and seeing how chiropractic has helped change their lives. She is excited to be back in the beautiful Coulee region and to serve this amazing community.

Outside of chiropractic Dr. McKenna enjoys spending time with her dog Lulu, being active, listening to podcasts, spending time outside, and reading a good book. She loves spending time with friends and family and is a big Taylor Swift fan and coffee lover.

Dr. Sam Kopecky

Chiropractor

Dr. Sam grew up in the small town of Birnamwood, Wisconsin. She attended the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire and pursued degrees in Business Administration and American Sign Language. She attended a chiropractic conference with her brother and discovered the life-changing benefits of neurologically-focused chiropractic care, which led her to take all the prerequisites for chiropractic school in her senior year. Dr. Sam’s view on health and healing shifted towards a more holistic approach, which is what ultimately made her decide to pursue a career in chiropractic.

Dr. Sam’s new vision for her life led her to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa where she experienced her own healing miracles from chiropractic care. This only further reinforced her passion to educate communities on the benefits of a more holistic approach to healthcare, rather than following the “mainstream.” She especially loves making meaningful connections while also witnessing the healing that takes place when the nervous system is cared for.

When she’s not adjusting, you can find Dr. Sam hiking with her dog, reading a good book, and spending time with her family, including her daughter, Scarlett, who is also well-adjusted.
